Functional Capacity Assessments
Functional Capacity Assessments
At Holistic Bloom, Eliza provides comprehensive Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. We use the most up-to-date standardized and observational assessments, ensuring that each assessment captures a clear and holistic understanding of a person's functional abilities.
Eliza takes the time to truly understand her clients, building rapport and creating a comfortable environment where they can express their strengths and challenges.
My experience spans across a diverse range of demographics, including:
Intellectual Disabilities
Neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, etc.)
Physical Disabilities (Spinal Cord Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Chronic Illness, etc.)
Psychosocial Disabilities (Anxiety, Depression, BPD, PTSD, etc.)
Each FCA is crafted to not only meet NDIS requirements but to genuinely reflect the person’s capacity and support needs. Our goal is to provide reports that are clear, accurate, and highly supportive in accessing the right level of funding and services.
Dillon and Eliza are passionate about building inclusive and engaging social opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. We run Social Skills Groups both online (Australia wide) and in person within Adelaide, South Australia.
Our groups include:

Minecraft Social Skills Group: An interactive, game-based setting where participants can develop communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills while having fun.
Our social groups are designed to foster connection, build confidence, and create lasting friendships in a space that celebrates individuality and inclusion.
